Evan and the SEED colleagues helped us pull off a national strategy retreat of over 90 legal services organizations in 6 weeks. It was simply the most productive meeting of that scale we’ve ever held. We were responding to dire circumstances and Evan’s energy, creativity and focus kept us from an emergency mindset. Instead we stayed grounded, adaptive, and very diverse organizations ended up on a unified platform that is sustaining us all to this day.

Seed helped us develop a five-year strategic plan. While this process is always complicated, it was particularly challenging given that it was our first post-COVID plan . . . and we experienced an unexpected fiscal crisis. The Seed team adapted and helped us successfully complete the process.
