Seed Consultants Featured in TU course for OBI University

March, 2026: Evan Holland and Nina Moreno, Ph.D., Seed senior consultants, are featured in the Othering & Belonging Institute at UC Berkeley’s OBI University as expert Targeted Universalism (TU) practitioners, implementers, and facilitators. The TU framework was developed at OBI by john a. powell, Stephen Menendian, and Wendy Ake.

For those who are curious about TU, OBIU’s short explainer video series, “What is Targeted Universalism?” is an introduction to the power and potential of TU. It’s a useful precursor to Seed’s Targeted Universalism Community of Practice course, a deep dive that focuses on learning in community, group work and practice, and implementation.
